The Focus Atelier is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a significant portion. My team can help you understand your specific benefits.

Once your inquiry is reviewed and we determine mutual fit, most clients begin within 1–2 weeks. The onboarding process includes a comprehensive intake that allows us to move with both thoroughness and efficiency from day one.

All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth. This is intentional — it removes geographic barriers, eliminates commute time, and allows you to receive care from wherever you are. I am licensed to practice in Oregon.

Direct access is a cornerstone of this practice. Membership clients have secure messaging access for non-urgent clinical questions, medication concerns, or time-sensitive needs. You will never be routed through a call center or told to wait three weeks for a follow-up.
